Had a FANTASTIC time at Newhall Refinery celebrating hubby's birthday. The hostess and Tammy, our waitress, went above and beyond to accommodate our large party. Top notch service and the food was to everyone's pleasure. The burgers, steak frites, and French fries were exceptional. The cocktails were spot on!!

We got in with a last minute reservation. We shared the Refinery Salad which was HUGE and delicious! I had the pesto tortellini which was full of flavor and filling. Others in our party got: short rib melt and the hanger steak. They all enjoyed it and would get it again.

The Halibut and Chips are very delicious. We really enjoyed the meal. We each had the fish. One of us gets the garlic fries and one of us gets a side salad both for sharing. Drinks are good as usual.

We sought out a good lunch stop after a local hike and this place fit the bill. Our party really enjoyed sitting outside on a lazy Saturday. I enjoyed the smash burger, with the right amount of crisp texture and gooey cheese. We sampled the pretzel, and refiner fries which were delicious if not a bit decadent. They had a good list of beers, too. Well worth trying out if you're in the area.

It was my first time dining here, and it did not disappoint. There is a very good selection of beers and wines. The inside is like your typical beer bar, with lots of taps on the wall. The fish and chips were amazing, one of the top three in the area. The service was mediocre. They were semi-busy. I would have expected a bit more attention, but I get it.

I am going to judge based on the context of restaurants around here as opposed to L.A. at large, or nationally, internationally... It's good and I give them a 5 rounded off from 4.5. The service is lovely and the food is good. Not great, but good enough to make me a repeat customer. It's a well-maintained restaurant and there's a good vibe throughout the place. I had the shrimp and grits which were good, but as this is a dish that I love and which I've had at many places, I can say with some authority that it could have been better. I've also had their charcuterie a few times and it's been inconsistent. Still, as Santa Clarita does not have many great dining options except for over-representation of high-end burgers, I think Newhall Refinery is a good option.

I've been here on a few occasions. The restaurant itself is a more laid back, comfortable vibe that everyone feels welcome. They have a private room if you need it for a party, or work event. They have a great selection of specialty cocktails and my friends and I love! The food is good, they have changed chefs a few times so I won't give me most recent opinion without visiting again. But this has been a staple here on Main Street in down town Newhall. Great for a date, meet up with friends or family. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids, it marks of an adults catered restaurant. Locals swear this is the best restaurant in town!

Been here a few times and always have a great time. The food and drinks hit the spot, the location is clean, and the service is on point. I had the beef dip with fries with Lucky Luke on tap.
